Web Manager Release Notes

FIXED

• Fixed an issue where a user with an Enterprise Admin Portal Support role did not see the ‘Manage’ button against the relevant group on the Groups page and so would not have an easy route to access the Enterprise Admin Portal to manage LMS-imported quizzes.

NEW

• Added Connections events to the User Activity log – Accepted a connection request, removed a connection, rejected a connection request, and request to join a connection in their session.

IMPROVED

• Added new activity types to the User activity logs. These include starting a session, changing the account password, and changing the account email address.

NEW

• Added the current version number and a link to release notes to the question mark menu in the upper-right corner of the web manager window.
• Added Help and Contact Us links on the log-in page.

• Applied important updates and improvements that benefit the stability of the platform.

FIXED

• Fixed an issue that caused Remember Me to expire after 8 hours.
• Fixed an issue that could cause duplicate severity icons to appear when a user moved between pages of their activity log.
• Fixed the prompt for a user to reset their password when initiated by ENGAGE staff.
• Fixed access to the /login page, so that if Remember Me is turned on, a user is taken directly into the application.

NEW

Sessions

• Added the ability for members of an Enterprise group to select one of their commercial sessions as the venue when creating an Event.

Activity logs

• Added the ability for members of an Enterprise group to review their personal activity log in the web manager. Recorded activities include the following:
  • Logging in and out of ENGAGE applications Resetting a forgotten password.
  • Leaving and joining groups.
  • Leaving and joining sessions.
• Note: Activity logs are turned off by default. To request for activity logs to be turned on for your Enterprise group, please contact us.

Recordings

• Renamed the Recordings folder in Cloud File Manager to Spatial Recordings.

Whiteboards

• Added a Whiteboard folder to Cloud File Manager, where saved whiteboard and Drawpad images will be placed.

Quick links

• Fixed access to quick links after using a 2FA recovery code to log in.

Account creation

• Fixed account creation in the web manager so that users are required to provide a username and are informed that they were sent an email with a verification link.
