Enterprise Admin Portal Release Notes

EAP v2.2 - March 31, 2025

NEW

Activity logs

  • Added the ability for group owners and admins to review activity logs that relate to group management. Recorded activities include the following:
    • Changes to group membership.
    • Changes to user roles.
    • The creation of persistent sessions.
  • Added the ability for group owners and admins to review activity logs that relate to events in sessions. Recorded activities include the following:
    • Tracking users joining or leaving sessions owned by the group.
    • Changes to microphone status.
    • Use of the whiteboard.
  • Note: Activity logs are turned off by default. To request for activity logs to be turned on for your Enterprise group, please contact us.

Sessions

  • Added commercial sessions. These are like persistent sessions, but don’t limit the number of LITE users that can join.
  • Added the ability to create commercial sessions and to change a session between persistent and commercial.
  • Added separate configuration settings and quota for commercial sessions.

Persistent session

  • Added the following information to the session information page: who created the persistent session, when was it created, who last updated the persistent session, and when was it last updated.

User profile

  • Updated the Authentication method field to show when someone is using VIVEPORT SSO.
IMPROVED

Accessibility

  • Improved WCAG compliance.

Security and performance

  • Applied important updates and improvements that benefit the stability of the platform.

AI

  • Added the ability for an Enterprise group that has access to AI services, to use their own account for some services and an ENGAGE managed account for others.

Data export

  • Updated time and date headings in CSV exports to make it clear that they refer to UTC.
FIXED

Log-in

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the log-in page to fail to load after the Remember Me token expired.
  • Fixed an issue that caused autofill credentials to interfere with Remember Me.
  • Fixed an issue where if a LITE user attempted to log in to EAP with 2FA enabled, they were correctly blocked, but didn’t see an appropriate error message.

Sessions

  • Fixed the ability for users with an owner or admin role in a parent group to access the option to invite all users to a subgroup’s persistent sessions.

Settings

  • Fixed some settings that should be displayed only if enabled.
  • Fixed the ability for a group owner or admin to change the Allow Persistent Sessions setting in subgroups.

Membership

  • Fixed sorting by joined date to ignore blank values.
  • Fixed an issue that caused membership management buttons to disappear on the Memberships page when a search was performed that returned no results.

Invitations

  • Fixed the error message displayed when a user is invited to a group that has no available licenses.

Advanced search

  • Fixed an issue that caused non-EAP roles to appear in the advanced search User Role menu.

Events

  • Fixed the appearance of apostrophes in usernames on event listing pages.

UI

  • Fixed the number ranges that indicate which results are being shown when a user views paginated results.

EAP v2.1 - February 25, 2025

IMPROVED
  • Restricted the ability to modify subgroup settings to only users who have an owner or admin role in the parent group.
  • Prevented the display of public banners in the carousel when a user is a member of a group that has turned off access to public sessions. Public banners may include links to public sessions, such as ENGAGE LINK plazas.
  • Applied important updates and improvements that benefit the stability of the platform.

  • Fixed the License Expiry Date and Trial End Date fields in group data exports.

FIXED
  • Fixed the ability to invite someone to an Enterprise group with the owner role after the previous owner is removed.
  • Fixed the license quota calculations that are performed to check if a subgroup can be reenabled.
