NEW

Input

  • Changed navigation controls on desktop devices so that a user doesn’t automatically look around when they move their mouse. This makes it easier to interact with 3D objects and menus, and to multi-task in other applications. When a user wants to look around, they can hold the left mouse button, the middle mouse button, or the space bar.
  • Added clickable on-screen UI to control microphone mute status and trigger emojis.
  • Added an option to invert mouse controls on a desktop device.
  • Enabled the use of both hand controllers to interact with menus.
  • Enabled VR users to type on the virtual keyboard by tapping keys with their hand controllers.

Quick links

  • Implemented a system to speed up access to sessions. After a user opens a quick link in their browser, they see a prompt to go directly to that session when they log in to the application on any device.
  • Added an option in the Enterprise Admin Portal to invite all group members to a specific persistent session. Users see a prompt to join the session when they log in, as though they had used a quick link. Contact support to request access to this feature.
  • Added an option to the Invite panel in a session for users to copy a quick link to the session.
  • Added a column to the list of persistent sessions in the Enterprise Admin Portal that displays the quick link for each persistent session.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Created a new role of Supervisor. This role gives a user read-only permission for the group to which they’re added.
  • Implemented an option to force users added through a bulk import to set a new password when they first log in.
  • Added the ability to see which group is a user’s default on the Memberships tab of a user’s information page, and on a Membership information page.
  • Added the ability to export data from the users, invitations, groups, memberships, and sessions pages.

Artificial intelligence

  • Added new languages for voice recognition when interacting with AI characters. Users can now select a regional variation of their selected application language.
  • Added the option to use the Meta Llama AI service, accessed through Amazon Bedrock, for AI characters in ENGAGE.
  • Added processing to remove special characters included in text returned by AI services to prevent them from being verbalized. For example, AI characters no longer preface bullet point lists by saying the word asterisk.
  • Added a subfolder named AI-Generated to the Images folder, where images generated by AI services will be saved.

Cloud File Manager

  • Added an option for users to empty their recycle bin and permanently delete the files.

Device management

  • Added support for the Immersive Learning Platform (ILP) as an MDM for Meta Quest devices.
IMPROVED

Security and performance

  • Updated to Unity 2022.3 to improve support for Apple M1 and M2 chips, and enable other performance improvements and enhancements.

Cloud File Manager

  • Replaced the video conversion service with one that is more reliable and resilient.
  • Added an Optimization field to the file information panel for images, which indicates the current state of the optimization process for that image.
  • Updated the pagination UI.
  • Updated the file creation and modified dates to use the standard format used elsewhere in the application.

Version updates

  • Added an option to open the Google Play store or Apple App store when an update is available for the ENGAGE application on the corresponding platform.

AFX

  • Released the production version of AFX and made it available to all users of the ENGAGE SDK.
  • Added subgraph nodes that can be used like custom nodes.
  • Added variable nodes to store values locally within a graph.
  • Added additional nodes that provide functionality from the MathF library.
  • Added register nodes that can be used to register and access references to ports.
  • Added an instantiate node to spawn new objects.
  • Added a GameObject Pool node that can be used to implement basic object pooling.
  • Added nodes to set integer and trigger properties of Animators objects.
  • Added a Vector2 reference node.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Added a setting to the bulk user import process so that any existing users included in the import file are added to the group instead of being skipped.
  • Split the user information page into Details, Security, and Memberships tabs.
  • Added an Invitations tab to the newly restructured user information page.
  • Split the persistent session page into Details, Security, and Hosts tabs.
  • Added ‘(disabled)’ to the breadcrumbs when a group is disabled so the state of the group is more obvious.
  • Added Parent Group Name as a filter option for advanced searches.

Teleport

  • Replaced the teleport sit marker with a higher resolution, language-neutral version, and moved the ghost seat closer to the actual seat position.

Input

  • Removed the head-tracking gaze cursor that appeared when hand tracking was lost.

Groups

  • Implemented additional checks to ensure consistency in the assignment of a default group when a user’s group membership changes.

My Face

  • Added a percentage progress indicator when a My Face is generated.

Single sign-on

  • Refined the logic that determines when a user should be notified by email about changes to the way that they log in.

Host controls

  • Prevented LITE users from being made co-hosts in a session, to improve security.
FIXED

Events

  • Fixed the guest list toggle, which had reversed functionality.
  • Fixed event creation by PLUS users to prevent the overbooking warning from appearing unnecessarily.
  • Ensured that midnight appears as 00:00 instead of 24:00 in event listings.
  • Fixed an issue with scalable events so that if a user leaves and rejoins an event, they join the first instance that has capacity.
  • Fixed an issue in scalable events that caused the user count on the in-session menu to be incorrect.

Meta

  • Fixed an issue that could cause user input to stop registering in the personal web browser on Quest headsets.

VR headsets

  • Fixed muting on VR headsets to ensure that if a user was unmuted before they entered away mode, they are unmuted when they return.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Fixed the ability for users with an owner or admin role in a group to create invitations in any of their subgroups.
  • Ensured that if persistent sessions are turned off in a parent group, no settings related to persistent sessions appear in subgroups.
  • Fixed an issue that enabled multiple users to be invited with the owner role if a group didn’t have a user with that role.
  • Fixed the ability to include apostrophes in the names of groups.
  • Fixed the calculation of persistent session quota usage.
  • Ensured that after a user creates an invitation to a group, they return to the Invitations tab for the group, instead of being taken to the site-wide invitations section.
  • Ensured that when a user views an invitation, the breadcrumbs and other UI reflect the hierarchy of group > invitations, instead of presenting site-wide invitations.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a user from reenabling a subgroup because it was incorrectly reported that there were insufficient licenses available.
  • Ensured a consistent order to session settings both when viewing and editing.
  • Fixed bulk imports so that the added date for user profiles is always the date of the import.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a user’s chosen language to be incorrectly listed on the user’s information page.

Microphone

  • Fixed the option to mute LITE users so that non-LITE users aren’t also affected.
  • Fixed the notification when a host requests that a user unmutes their microphone.

Input

  • Fixed the ability to place the text cursor (caret) at a specific position in a text field when using hand controllers.

Cloud File Manager

  • Fixed the preview of images, audio, and video when viewed in the web manager.
  • Ensured that restoring files from the recycle bin also restores any shared status that they had.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a user from being able to move a folder.
  • Blocked the upload of gif, webp and ico files.

Video

  • Fixed the display of feedback to a user if they attempt to play a YouTube video through an invalid URL.

AFX

  • Fixed Greater than and Less than comparison nodes to accept any combination of float and integer inputs.
  • Fixed the Multiply Quaternion by Vector3 node to output a Vector3.
  • Fixed the copying and pasting of nodes so that the slot manager is updated.

SDK

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent users from being able to access locations and IFX that they had uploaded.

Content Editor

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the visibility icons to not be shown in the curves editor.

Single sign-on

  • Fixed an issue where use of the zoom option during SSO authentication caused some views in the application to be scaled incorrectly after the user logged in.

Localization

  • Fixed the display of localized text that was cut off in the UI.

User interface

  • Fixed the display of text on the information page that’s displayed when a URL is blocked to make it WCAG compliant.
  • Fixed the display of text in user input fields when the text is selected, to make it WCAG compliant.

Sessions

  • Fixed an issue where if multiple users who were members of different groups used the same device, one of the users could sometimes not start a new session.

Release v3.9.1 - October 11, 2024

In-Session tablet

  • Fixed the menu buttons on the VR tablet to reduce the distance at which they’re activated.

Host Controls

  • Fixed an issue that limited the areas in which a host could use the Summon All tool.

IFX

  • Fixed the ability to enter a spawn point name in a Session Portal IFX.

iOS

  • Fixed an issue that caused terrain in some ENGAGE locations to display as white surfaces on iPhones and iPads.

Content Editor

  • Fixed an issue with key responsiveness on the virtual keyboard when used in the Content Editor.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause changes to start and end times made in the Effect Options panel to not be saved when an object was edited for the first time.

Cloud File Manager

  • Fixed an issue that prevented video files with an obsolete CDN address from playing in ENGAGE.
  • Fixed the appearance of the file format dialog that appears when a user plays a video from cloud files.

SDK

  • Fixed an issue that caused TextMeshPro assets to display incorrectly in user-created locations.

AFX

  • Fixed an issue that caused the ForEach node to no longer work in graphs created with the alpha release.
  • Fixed the GameObject Set Layer node.

  • Fixed the grading of quiz questions to ensure that the marks awarded for a question cannot exceed the maximum available.
  • Fixed the quiz results page shown in the application so that it becomes scrollable when required.

  • Fixed an issue that caused changes to the order of questions to be reverted when a question was edited.

  • Fixed an issue that caused some UI elements to initially be hidden when a user edited an Event that was overbooked.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a description entered when creating or editing an Event to not be saved.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause an Event to remain open and continue to be listed in the application.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause an image uploaded for an Event listing to be cached and applied to an event that was subsequently edited.

Cloud File Manager

  • Fixed an issue that caused Cloud File Manager pages to load slowly when accessed in a session.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented images taken with the in-session camera from being loaded in a session.
  • Fixed an issue that caused file descriptions in Cloud File Manager to show the incorrect owner to users with whom the file had been shared with read only permission.

Sessions

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from joining a single-user scalable session, such as Tutorial Island.

Release v3.9 - September 27, 2024

ENGAGE will withdraw support for Chromebooks by the end of 2024.

NEW

Artificial intelligence

  • Launched the School of AI – where users can talk with 20 different historical figures whose lives spanned from the ancient world to the US civil rights era. As part of the launch, all ENGAGE users will have access to the School of AI during the month of October. To arrange access after this time, please contact sales.

Keyboard

  • Replaced the keyboard that appears for VR users with a version that has an improved layouts for each language, custom layouts for specific input types, easier access to common keys and commands, and can be repositioned in 3D space.
    • Detached the keyboard so that it no longer obscures other parts of the UI.
    • Enabled users to grab and move the keyboard to their preferred position.
    • Improved the layout and provided easier access to shortcuts, the number pad, and arrow keys.
    • Added more symbols and special characters.
    • Implemented custom keyboards for special input fields.
    • Added the ability to hold down keys for continuous input. For example, when deleting text.
    • Implemented modern, intelligent capitalization behavior.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Added the ability to move or copy a user’s group membership between groups.
  • Added an advanced search for groups, memberships, users, invitations, and persistent sessions.
  • Added Invitations and Memberships pages that show collated views from all the groups where the user is an owner or admin.
  • Added a field to display the date when a user last logged in to ENGAGE.

AFX

  • Added a graphical programming language to the ENGAGE SDK that can be used to add advanced functionality to IFX and locations. For more information or to request to join the early access program, contact support.

Events

  • Added the ability for an Enterprise group member to choose one of the group’s persistent sessions as the destination in which to hold an Event.
  • Set events that are associated with a persistent session to automatically start at the designated time. This removes the need for an event organizer to manually start the event. The event will also automatically be removed from the event list at the designated end time.
  • Added the ability for users to create events that are accessible to members of their Enterprise group only.

Session settings

  • Added an option for hosts to set all users who are in a session, or join later, to appear as basic avatars.

Sessions

  • Updated session creation so that all sessions created by a member of an Enterprise group are owned by an Enterprise group. This enables Enterprise features and services to be available in standard Sessions.

Quizzes

  • Added an option to control whether answer order is randomized in a multiple-choice question.

Avatars

  • Added the ability to replace the public list of outfit options with a custom collection for a specific Enterprise group.
IMPROVED

Video

  • Increased the maximum resolution for YouTube videos to 1080p in standard locations and 4k in UHD locations.

Avatars

  • Implemented progressive download of outfit thumbnails to reduce the possibility that a slow connection will cause the application to become unresponsive.
  • Replaced gender labels with body shape options in the avatar editor.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Enhanced the Select All option on the Group Memberships page to enable a user to select either all memberships listed on the page or all memberships in the current search results.
  • Added column order sorting on the memberships, invitations, groups, and subgroups pages.
  • Added a Parent column to the group listing page to easily identify which groups are subgroups and link to the parent group.
  • Added validation and feedback to prevent the use of invalid characters in the name of a group or subgroup.
  • Improved the clarity of the error message displayed if a user tries to reduce the assigned quota for a subgroup to below the current membership.
  • Removed the subgroup counter from the group listing page to improve performance.
  • Improved the UI of the bulk import panel.

Audio

  • Implemented a more efficient process to distribute audio returned by text-to-speech services. For example, when users interact with an AI agent.

Persistent sessions

  • Set persistent sessions to reset their location to the ENGAGE Hub if there is an error loading the current location.

Events

  • Updated automated emails related to events to make key information more prominent.

Mixed Reality

  • Updated the location anchor to appear in front of a user when they choose to reset their anchor’s placement.

Cloud File Manager

  • Added clearer messaging for when an upload fails because the file exceeds the maximum upload size.

UI

  • Standardized the presentation of dates and times shown in the application.

Host settings

  • Adjusted the order of host settings so that the 3D Audio toggle setting is adjacent to the 3D Audio Distance setting.

Profile

  • Updated the list of prefixes.

ENGAGE LINK

  • Improved consistency in the sequence of dialogs that a user may see when they join a plaza from the ENGAGE LINK map.

Video

  • Fixed the display of 2D 360 YouTube videos.
  • Fixed the display of 3D 360 videos on Android-based devices, which includes most standalone VR headsets.
  • Fixed an issue that caused chroma key videos to display in low resolution on VR devices.
  • Fixed an issue that caused users who joined a session after a YouTube video was muted to still hear the audio.
  • Fixed support for YouTube videos loaded through a /live or /short URL.

AI

  • Fixed an issue that could cause some users in a session to not hear an AI character’s responses.

Accounts

  • Fixed an issue that caused Remember Me settings to be lost when a user lost their network connection during use of the application.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented use of a VIVE account to log in to ENGAGE.

Cloud File Manager

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a user from uploading images to CFM.
  • Implemented automatic deletion of files from the recycle bin after 5 days.

Avatars

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a user from changing their height when they used imperial units.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause an avatar to appear in the wrong pose and position when it first loads in a session.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a height entered as 5 ft. to be displayed as 4 ft. 12 in.

Metatraversal

  • Fixed an issue when a user walked through a metatraversal portal that caused their avatar to continue moving while the Meta menu was open.

Events

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a user from being able to update the scheduled start date for a scalable event.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the persistent session field to not be reset when a user was creating or editing a scalable event and changed the group.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the attendees and interested counts to show as zero when events were viewed on the Attending or Interested tabs of the Events page.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the Advanced Settings button to appear with blue text on a blue background when creating or editing an Event.
  • Fixed an issue that caused events on the same day to be split into separate entries on the event listing page in the web manager.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the duration label on an event listing page to not immediately update when the application language was changed.

Recordings

  • Fixed an issue that could cause a user’s microphone to cut out if they were recording and had an unstable network connection.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a warning about recording more than five users to appear when less than five users were selected.

Session

  • Fixed an issue that could cause host and microphone icons to be incorrectly positioned within a user’s nameplate.

Web Manager

  • Fixed an issue that caused the burger menu in the top-left corner of the web manager to not be selectable on mobile devices in portrait mode.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from updating a previously created IFX or location to add or remove bundle files.

Mixed Reality

  • Fixed the button to leave the mixed reality room and set up room space that appears when a user’s device isn’t fully set up to use mixed reality.

Localization

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a user from being able to log in when their device used the Hijri calendar.
  • Added translations to some areas of the application where they were missing.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the date when a user joined a group to be blank.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause an error to be displayed when ordering a list of persistent sessions.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the order of the create and bulk delete buttons on the Memberships page to change depending on the route that you took to reach the page.
  • Added checks to ensure that re-enabling a subgroup doesn’t cause a client’s user quota to be exceeded.
  • Fixed an issue that caused deleted files to appear in the recycle bin of users that the files were shared with.
  • Removed buttons from the Branding page that should not appear on that page.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the copyright notice to overlap the log-in UI.

Sessions

  • Fixed the tooltip text on the session creation screen.

UI

  • Fixed an issue that prevented user uploaded IFX and locations from being sortable or filterable in the ENGAGE application.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the in-session microphone icon’s visibility to be turned off after a change in location.

  • Added support to play videos encoded with the H.264 codec on Windows and macOS devices. Android-based devices, which includes most standalone VR headsets, already support H.264 encoded videos.
FIXED
  • Fixed the playback of YouTube videos when loaded through a URL or a search.
  • Fixed an issue on desktop devices that prevented some videos from playing in the personal web browser. For example, videos on the YouTube and Vimeo websites.
KNOWN ISSUES

  • Implemented a new Session management service to reduce reliance on third-party services and enable the development of new features.

Content Editor

  • Added an option to change between linear and smooth interpolation when creating keyframes. Linear interpolation is the default setting.

Single sign-on

  • Added email notifications that are sent to an Enterprise group owner if SSO is turned on or off.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Added the ability for group admins to manage persistent sessions, but also added a setting to restrict management to group owners only.
  • Added new fields to record license type, country, and geographic region for Enterprise groups.
  • Added a Remember Me option to the log-in page.

  • Added automated emails to remind clients when their license is due for renewal.

Web manager

  • Added a mandatory step for users to set a time zone if their account was created without one. For example, after a bulk upload through EAP.

  • Set host permissions to be automatically revoked from users who are added as co-hosts in a persistent session but aren’t a member of the owning group

  • Added the ability to bulk delete persistent sessions.

Mixed reality

  • Improved the flow of the mixed reality tutorial to return a user to the setup instructions after they place a location anchor.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Added the name of the owning group to the persistent session details page.

UI

  • Changed the default fonts used on the ENGAGE platform to Roboto and versions of Noto Sans.

Recordings

  • Fixed an issue that prevented a user from replacing the voice in a recording.

Persistent sessions

  • Fixed an issue that could cause group owners and admins to not receive host permissions when joining a persistent session.
  • Fixed the synchronization between an active persistent Session and EAP when host permissions are added and removed.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Fixed an issue where if a parent group had zero available licenses, a group owner was incorrectly prevented from joining subgroups.
  • Fixed membership calculations so that group owners and admins can create invitations when all of their group quota has been used, so long as the invite is to a member of either the parent or a subgroup.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the Sessions menu option to appear for a group that did not have access to persistent sessions.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented a user from assigning additional hosts to a persistent session during the creation of a persistent session if they followed the link from the side menu.
  • Fixed persistent session quota calculations to include persistent sessions created in subgroups.
  • Fixed the deletion of invitations to the group so that after a user deletes an invitation, they are automatically navigated to the list of remaining invitations.
  • Fixed an issue that delayed the breadcrumbs from updating when a user changed the name of an Enterprise group.

AI

  • Fixed an issue that could cause AI characters to become unresponsive if a user selected the option to cancel during a reply.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause AI-generated images to not load.

Web manager

  • Fixed an issue where if a user with an unverified account attempted to log in, the log-in button was disabled after they were informed that they needed to verify their account.
  • Fixed the Remember Me option on the log-in page.
  • Fixed an issue that caused language selection made on the log-in screen to overwrite the language selection in a user’s profile.
  • Fixed the account creation screen to display a more user-friendly message when the entered passwords do not match.

Portals

  • Fixed an issue that could cause spawn points loaded through snapshots to not be recognized.

Cloud File Manager

  • Fixed an issue that caused an error to be displayed when a user viewed an item in the recycle bin.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the share option to not appear for files on the Recent tab.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause incorrect icons to be displayed for options in the actions menu for files.
  • Fixed an issue that caused files related to IFX uploads to incorrectly appear on the Recent tab.

Events

  • Fixed an issue that prevented Event images from being included in Event emails.
  • Fixed the link associated with the ENGAGE logo on Events pages when the user is not logged in so that it leads to the web manager log-in page.

  • Changed the file directory to which users save camera images, snapshots, recordings, and sequences created in the Content Editor. In accordance with security requirements for the Quest store and Android 32, files are now saved to the application folder. Note: If you uninstall the ENGAGE application, you will now also delete these files. For more information, refer to Changes to file storage in ENGAGE v3.5.

Session capacity

  • Implemented new restrictions on the number of users that can join a session that was created by a LITE or PLUS user. For LITE users, the maximum total number of users is two. For PLUS users, the maximum is 10.
  • Added an option for users to set a maximum capacity for a Session when they create one.

Avatars

  • Added the ability for users on desktop and mobile devices to see their own avatar. For example, on a desktop device, a user can flip the menu camera to take a selfie.

Events

  • Removed the option to create Events within the ENGAGE application. All users should now create their Events in the web manager. For more information, refer to the Events Guide.

  • Disabled the idle timeout on Android phones and tablets, iPads, and iPhones to prevent the screen from turning off when users are in a session

Security and performance

  • Added a new Security & log-in section in the ENGAGE application account management menu to group related settings.

Videos

  • Increased the resolution of thumbnail images shown in search results.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Added additional detail to the navigation breadcrumbs to indicate which tab, or subpage within a tab, a user is currently viewing.
  • Added a link to the online documentation in the upper-right corner of the application.
  • Removed several fields from the user profile page that were not useful for group owners or administrators to see.

IFX (Immersive FX)

  • Disabled the appearance of IFX selection bubbles when a user hovers a selection cursor over them. Users now only see a selection bubble when they attempt to interact with an IFX. I.e., click the left mouse button or press the interact button on a VR controller.

Meta VR devices

  • Improved stereoscopic alignment of some UI elements, such as the animated data transit lines on the ENGAGE LINK map.

  • Fixed an issue that could cause shared IFX to not remain in persistent Sessions after all users had left the Session.
  • Fixed the External Texture Shader for 3D images.

Portals

  • Fixed portals that were configured to transport users to a specific spawn point in a different session.

Chroma key screens

  • Fixed the appearance of chroma key screens to more accurately subtract the chosen color and remove artifacts, such as green outlines.

UI

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from interacting with small buttons in the UI when their avatar was in motion.
  • Fixed an issue that caused duplicate or blank user tiles to briefly appear on the Users page of the in-session menu.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause a data retrieval error to appear when users viewed the last page of the content library or performed a search.
  • Fixed an issue where the VR wrist controls were not disabled when hidden and users of VR devices could accidentally select tools.

3D voice

  • Fixed the 3D voice state toggles to accurately indicate whether 3D voice is enabled for each user.
  • Fixed the 3D voice toggle on the Session Settings page so that the setting is applied to all users in the Session.

Localization

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the input of Japanese characters into text fields in the ENGAGE application’s web browser.
  • Translated some additional areas of the application that appeared in only English.

Content Editor

  • Corrected the initial size of the editor panel when opened on a VR device.
  • Fixed an issue where if a user selected multiple recordings on the timeline and tried to move them at the same time, they did not move uniformly.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Skip to Time IFX to be active when not playing the content.
  • Blocked activation of emojis in the Content Editor.

Avatars

  • Fixed an issue that occasionally caused an avatar to appear in the wrong outfit in the interior spaces of the Moon Base location.
  • Fixed the lighter skin tone patches that appeared on the forehead of avatars in the avatar editor.

Enterprise Admin Portal

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from being able to delete subgroups that were created before the v3.2.3 release on March 22nd, 2023.
  • Fixed an issue that enabled multiple groups to be created that had the same name if different capitalization was used.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the display of country, time zone, and language information on a user’s profile page.

Web manager

  • Fixed the link on the persistent session editing page that enables users to view information about assigned hosts in the Enterprise Admin Portal.

Voice communication

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the application to briefly become unresponsive on some devices when the user’s microphone was muted.

User accounts

  • Fixed an issue where if a user that was logged in on one device, and then used the same account to log in on another device, they were not automatically logged out of the first device.

Emails

  • Fixed the appearance of the footer in group invitation emails so that the Contact us link appears correctly.
  • Fixed the link to join a group in group invitation emails so that it is a clickable link.
